Senior Project (step two)

As promised, today I took one more step towards my goal and built the 2x4 wooden frame onto my trailer bed for the camper. I hope to get more very soon so I can complete this project as soon (and efficiently) as possible! As I said before I will be keeping my status updated here. Thanks for looking ~Dominik

Senior Project!

         In the last week or so I have decided on what I am doing for my 12th grade senior project for school, since I am home-schooled my mom gave me the option to do what ever it was that I want to. So after looking around on the internet and on our property I decided I am going to make a tear drop camper out of an old trailer we had sitting out by our barn. Currently I am working on the project and trying to fund it at the same time. I have started a GoFundMe project that I have been getting generous donations from friends and family. I am keeping my progress updated on the GoFundMe page but I also want to keep track of my progress on here. Here I have a current picture of my trailer and also something like what I hope for it to turn out to be. Today I took the first steps on my project and removed all the old boards and bolts from the trailer, pound the meatle back into shape, sand blasted, ground, and painted the frame brow. I also got the 2x4's I need to build the base of the trailer itself (which I hope to get finished tomorrow). I will keep updating here and on my GoFundMe page as I complete task's on my trailer. Memorial Day!

Happy Memorial Day Everyone! I would like to thank all of those who have lost there life fighting for our freedom! I salute everyone who has, is, or will serve our great country. I hope everyone has a fun filled and safe Memorial Day and don't forget to take a moment to appreciate all that have lost there lives fighting for our freedom. God Bless America!

Geocaching

Ok, So I have gone Geocaching with my family before and it is a ton of fun! But, sadly we have been out of the game for the last year or two...... This year I am planning on beginning again and maybe even hiding a few Caches of my own!

The Finished Product!

Ok so today I got home from my grandparents house and my mom and dad where just about finished with the green house. It look's AMAZING now that it is complete. As promised I got some pic's to show the true beauty of  this masterpiece ;)

Green House!

     Well, today went pretty great. We started on mom's new green house! So far we have the roughly 8x8 or so frame built and we also have the clear roof mounted on top! So, we are at least half way there.....all that is left to do is frame the door, put the siding (we are putting a sort of siding half way up to avoid tears in the vinyl material) and put on the clear vinyl material! It should be finished and ready to grow in by tomorrow night....... This is a great project! (Pictures to come.)
